A list with a tick box on the left and a writing line on the right. For lists you reuse — groceries, packing, chores — type the items once and print it ready to use.

  1. Open the downloaded PDF and open the print dialog.
  2. Under size or scale, choose “Actual size” or 100%. Turn off “Fit to page” and “Shrink oversized pages”.
  3. Set the paper to the same size as the PDF, A4 or Letter.
  4. Check the first sheet with a ruler. Printers differ in how close to the edge they can print.

How to use it

  1. Choose the paper size and type a title.
  2. Type items one per line, or leave the box empty for a blank checklist (up to 30).
  3. Set the row height (7–20 mm) and margins. You are told if there are more items than rows or an item does not fit on its line.
  4. Press “Download PDF” and print at actual size (100%).

Questions

What happens with a very long item?

It is not cut off or shrunk. You are told which item does not fit on one line, so you can shorten it or reduce the margins.

Can I use emoji or Chinese characters?

Latin letters, Korean, digits and common symbols work. Emoji and Chinese characters are not in the embedded font, so the page lists the characters it cannot print and disables the download.
