개인정보 처리 — 지금 이 사이트가 하는 일

입력 정보, 즐겨찾기, 서버 요청 정보의 처리 방식을 안내합니다.

1. 입력한 문장

꾸밀 문장 칸에 적은 글자, 기호 검색어, 만든 표정은 이 페이지를 연 브라우저 안에서만 처리됩니다. 변환은 함께 내려받은 자바스크립트가 화면에서 직접 계산하며, 그 과정에서 서버로 보내는 요청이 없습니다. 저장 기능도 없어서 탭을 닫거나 새로고침하면 사라집니다. 주소창에 남는 값은 언어(lang)와 보고 있는 도구(tool) 두 가지뿐이고, 입력 내용과 검색어는 주소에 들어가지 않습니다.

복사 버튼은 브라우저의 클립보드 기능을 부릅니다. 복사한 내용이 그 뒤 어떻게 되는지는 기기와 운영체제(클립보드 동기화 설정 등)에 달린 일이고 글리팝이 관여하지 않습니다.

2. 이 브라우저에 저장하는 것 — 즐겨찾기

카드나 기호의 ☆를 누르면 고른 항목이 무엇인지만 이 브라우저에 저장합니다. 저장되는 값은 스타일·기호·한글 장식·여러 줄 서식의 정해진 이름표와, 닉네임 조합의 스타일+장식 한 쌍뿐입니다. 입력한 문장은 저장되지 않습니다. 즐겨찾기 미리보기는 그때 입력창에 있는 글로 다시 만들어 보여 줍니다.

이 값은 브라우저 밖으로 나가지 않습니다. 서버로 전송되지 않고 다른 기기와 동기화되지 않습니다.
계정을 만들 필요가 없습니다. 로그인 기능 자체가 없습니다.
화면의 비우기 버튼은 누른 탭의 즐겨찾기만 비웁니다. 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 전부 사라집니다.
시크릿 모드 등 저장이 막힌 환경에서는 저장되지 않고, 화면에 그 사실을 알립니다(그 탭 안에서만 동작합니다).
이 페이지의 코드는 쿠키를 만들거나 읽지 않습니다.

전체 도구 화면에는 최근 연 도구 줄이 있습니다. 여기에 남는 것도 어떤 화면을 열었는지(도구 이름표) 뿐이고, 최대 6개까지, 위 즐겨찾기와 같은 규칙으로 이 브라우저에만 저장됩니다. 그 화면에서 무엇을 적었는지는 저장하지 않습니다. 이 브라우저에 저장되는 값은 즐겨찾기(glypop.favorites.v1)와 최근 목록(glypop.recent.v1) 두 가지가 전부이며, 최근 목록 비우기 버튼으로 지울 수 있습니다.

3. 사진을 쓰는 도구

작업실의 사진 → 점자 아트는 고른 사진을 문자 그림으로 바꿔 줍니다. 이 도구는 사진을 업로드하지 않습니다. 브라우저가 파일을 이 탭 안에서 직접 열어 밝기만 읽고 점자·블록 문자로 바꿉니다.

파일은 서버로 전송되지 않고, 기기나 서버에 저장되지도 않으며, 다른 기기와 동기화되지 않습니다.
밝기 기준을 옮길 때마다 사진을 다시 읽어야 하므로, 이 화면을 보는 동안에는 사진이 탭 메모리에 담겨 있습니다. 다른 화면으로 가거나 새로고침하면 사라지고, 화면의 «사진 놓기»를 누르면 그 자리에서 비웁니다.
이미지 형식(PNG·JPEG·WebP·GIF·BMP)과 8MB 이하만 읽습니다. 그 밖의 파일은 읽기 전에 거절합니다. 열어 보니 너무 큰 사진(한 변 8000픽셀 초과)도 그리지 않고 알려 드립니다.
만들어진 문자 그림도 저장하지 않습니다. 새로고침하거나 탭을 닫으면 아무것도 남지 않습니다.

4. 웹사이트를 여는 것만으로 생기는 기록

브라우저가 페이지를 받으려면 서버에 요청을 보내야 하고, 그 요청에는 접속 IP 주소, 요청한 주소(URL), 시각, 브라우저가 스스로 붙이는 정보(User-Agent, Referer 등)가 포함됩니다. 이 요청은 사이트가 올라가 있는 호스팅 인프라(AWS)의 웹서버가 받습니다.

5. 광고와 분석

이 사이트에는 지금 광고 스크립트가 없습니다. 광고 자리, 광고 단자, 자동 광고 코드를 넣지 않았습니다.
분석·추적 스크립트도 없습니다. 방문자 분석 도구를 붙이지 않았습니다.
사이트 최상위에 ads.txt 파일이 있습니다. 이 파일은 광고 게재 권한을 가진 판매자를 밝히는 텍스트 목록일 뿐, 그 자체로 광고를 띄우거나 방문자 정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 브라우저가 아니라 광고 시스템이 읽어 가는 파일입니다.
앞으로 광고를 넣게 되면, 넣기 전에 이 문서를 먼저 고쳐서 무엇이 추가되는지(쿠키·식별자·설정 방법을 포함해) 적겠습니다.

6. 제3자

페이지에 필요한 파일(HTML·CSS·자바스크립트·아이콘)은 모두 이 사이트의 도메인에서 내려받습니다. 외부 폰트, 외부 스크립트, 위젯, 소셜 버튼, 분석·광고 스크립트는 불러오지 않습니다.

다만 사이트 자체는 AWS의 호스팅 인프라 위에서 운영되므로, 페이지를 여는 요청은 그 인프라를 거칩니다(위 4번).

7. 하지 않는 일

계정·로그인이 없고 이름·이메일·전화번호를 묻지 않습니다.
입력한 문장을 서버에 저장하거나 다른 사람에게 보여 주지 않습니다.
글리팝이 개인을 알아보는 식별자를 만들거나 붙이지 않습니다.
수집하지 않은 정보이므로 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.

Privacy - what this site does today

How your input, your favorites and your requests to the server are handled.

1. The text you type

Whatever you put in the text box, the symbol search field or the face builder is processed inside the browser that opened this page. The JavaScript downloaded with the page does the conversion on screen; no request leaves the page to do it. Nothing saves it either, so closing the tab or reloading clears it. The address bar carries only the language (lang) and the current tool (tool) - never your text and never your symbol search.

The copy button calls the browser's clipboard. What happens to the clipboard afterwards is up to your device and operating system (clipboard sync settings, for instance) and is outside GlyPop's control.

2. What is stored in this browser - favorites

Starring (☆) something stores only which item you picked in this browser: a fixed catalogue id for a style, a symbol, a Korean decoration or a multi-line kit layout, and for the nickname mixer the style + decoration pair. Your text is not stored. The previews inside the favorites box are rebuilt from whatever is in the input box at the time.

It never leaves the browser; it is not sent to a server and not synced to another device.
No account is needed. There is no sign-in at all.
The Clear button empties only the list on the tab you pressed it on. Clearing your browser's site data removes all of them.
Where storage is blocked (private windows and similar) nothing is stored, favorites work in that tab only, and the page says so.
The code on this page neither sets nor reads cookies.

The All tools screen also shows a Recently opened row. That keeps the same kind of thing and nothing more: which screens you opened, as tool ids, up to six of them, in this browser only, under the same rules as favorites. What you typed on those screens is not kept. The two values this browser stores are the favorites (glypop.favorites.v1) and the recent list (glypop.recent.v1), and the Clear recent list button removes the second one.

3. The tool that takes a picture

Photo to dot art in the workshop turns a picture into characters. It does not upload your picture: the browser opens the file inside this tab, reads how bright each part of it is, and turns that into braille or block characters.

The file is not sent to a server, not stored on your device or ours, and not synced anywhere.
Moving the brightness slider has to read the picture again, so while this screen is open the picture is held in the tab's memory. Leaving the screen or reloading ends that, and «Let go of the picture» clears it on the spot.
Only image types (PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, BMP) up to 8MB are read; anything else is refused before it is read. A file that turns out to be an enormous picture (over 8000 pixels on a side) is refused too, with a message.
The art it produces is not stored either. Reloading or closing the tab leaves nothing behind.

4. What opening any website necessarily creates

To receive a page your browser has to send a request, and that request carries your IP address, the URL you asked for, the time, and whatever your browser attaches itself (User-Agent, Referer and so on). Those requests are received by the web server on the hosting infrastructure this site runs on (AWS).

5. Advertising and analytics

There is no advertising script on this site right now. No ad slots, no ad units, no auto-ad code.
There is no analytics or tracking script either. No visitor analytics tool has been added.
There is an ads.txt file at the root of the site. That file is a plain text list naming the sellers authorised to sell this site's ad inventory; by itself it displays nothing and collects nothing from visitors. It is read by advertising systems, not by your browser.
If advertising is ever switched on, this page will be updated before that happens, naming what gets added - cookies, identifiers and how to change the settings.

6. Third parties

Every file the page needs - HTML, CSS, JavaScript, icons - is served from this site's own domain. No external fonts, scripts, widgets, social buttons, analytics or advertising scripts are loaded.

The site itself is hosted on AWS infrastructure, so the request that opens the page passes through it (see 4 above).

7. What does not happen

No accounts and no sign-in; you are never asked for a name, an email address or a phone number.
Your text is never stored on a server or shown to anyone else.
GlyPop does not create or attach an identifier for recognising an individual.
Information that is never collected is not sold or passed to third parties.
